My go to jewellery brand has been Jos Alukkas. I have been an avid user of their monthly advance scheme features for the past 10 years. I believe my mom introduced me to this brand when the scheme system had just begun. I do not properly recall, but I must say they helped me to save some money every month and make one piece of jewelry every year. To this, I am very thankful because over the years I was able to accumulate my collection of jewelleries, which is essential for any marriage. I had a very bad experience. I got my first ear piercing from them, which I absolutely regret. Their manager was very rude and not cooperative. Basically, I got my ears pierced with them. And they told after a week to remove and replace my earrings, with gold or any other one. I replaced them with one of the metals they specified. And guess what! After a week and after replacing I got an infection!. I went to the doctor and ofcourse they told about how I shouldn't have removed it after a week. And the manager was hell bound about how its not their problem about me having an infection. I saw a lack in customer care. They might have good jewellery, but customer care essentially lacks. So I would recommend considering before buying anything from them. I have experienced much better customer care by their competitiors as you can say from their name and genuinely regret get my piercing from them. ~ Fatimah
